It is a practical leadership programme designed to help delegates govern cyber risk, shape the operating model, strengthen board reporting, improve executive confidence, and build a cyber function that works in the real world. It takes the governance and management thinking that supports CGEIT success and teaches it through the lens of real-world leadership practice; board communication, operating model design, risk and assurance, resilience, crisis leadership, supplier oversight, cloud accountability, AI governance, and executive decision-making.
